It all depends on the coins you are exchanging: some blockchains are faster, some are slower. For example XRP and ETH are faster, while BTG and XMR are a little bit slower.
Market orders are faster than limit order because they’ll get executed as soon as your coins will reach the exchange. For an approximate price please take a look at the current orderbook on our homepage.

Yes, you can. However, for amounts higher than the equivalent of 5000 USD please contact us before performing the exchange and we’ll release you a special access key. This way we’ll know about your transfer and you will not have to wait for the manual screening process that gets triggered for large amounts.
For limit orders, where you are the one setting the price, you can update the price at any time you like, transform the order into a market order, or cancel your order entirely (you will only pay the transfer fee).
Don’t worry - your limit order will be executed as a market order, not lower. And you’ll also be notified about this. Let’s say that you place a buy order for a price of 0.55. When your coins reach the exchange the current market price changed in your favor (it’s lower) at a value of 0.51. If this happens the price you will pay is the better one: 0.51. This is exactly what happens on any regular exchange.

When you start a transaction it’s set by default as “anonymous”. If you want to give it a name for easier racking in the orderbook you can do so as soon as your transfer is on its way.
We believe our users should be able to exchange any quantity without being charged a percentage. The trading fee is 0% (zero). However, we charge a fixed, flat transfer fee. EZSwap is good for everyone, but it's more advantageous for larger quantity exchages. All fees are below USD $2 (for BTC and ETH) and less than USD $0.05 for the other coins. Yes, of course! We are always open to suggestions. You can contact us through our Contact page and state your requests there. If more people request the same coin, we will consider adding it.
All your transactions are protected. This means that nobody, except you from the same computer on which the transaction was initiated, can see it. Since we don't require any kind of authentication before starting a transaction, you need to complete it on the same PC you started from.
